The internet and social media is a powerful tool for the terrorist group Islamic State, and I believe that taking away any credibility they have from the internet by creating an anime based off a anthropomorphized version of the group created by the users of the online site 2channel will be a good step in curbing the propaganda of the group by associating all online searches of the group with moe Japanese anime characters.
