fund law enforcement officers, bullet proof glass and weapons detection systems be installed at every school in the US

The US has suffered enough gun violence at out schools! We need to protect our children from those that seek to harm them. Repealing the 2nd Amendment is unlikely. A ban on assault weapons hasn't worked. You can't force someone to get mental health treatment until they have demonstrated a threat to someone or themselves.
We need a school resource officer in every school. We need bullet proof glass in every school. And, we need to screen people that enter the school for weapons.
This may seem overboard, but we can't predict where an assualt on our communities might happen, but we sure can be ready for it if it comes our way
Mr President, please find the funding for this and make it happen !
