The funding would help NASA study the high peaks during solar storm to find away to build a protection shield to block the harmful rays.The protection would be built out of solar panels or heat shield that are retractable by attaching to satellite, and spreading the satellites out like a electric fence to stop the harmful rays and absorbing the ray with solar panels we create energy.
