Fund Music Departments in Middle and Elementary Schools.

Created by C.S. on August 06, 2014

Many school, including ones more rural, have a less-than-standard music department, if any. When children are in schools from K-8 they aren't motivated as much to get into the art of music and music technology production. I am a 2014 graduate of a rural high school. The program for musical arts was in poor condition as opposed to more urban schools. My elementary school had a less-than-average music program that had few if any instruments, and it was mostly on a no-touch basis. We didn't even have the simplest instruments like recorders or a proper and logical introduction into music theory or production. I became severely intrigued in music in my last year of high school. Too late to know enough through professionals who worked hard to make music theory amazing.
