Fund music education as best as possible

Created by A.F. on May 08, 2013

Since music education has been shown to increase brain activity in certain areas, as well as inspire and harbor creativity in kids, it is important that we give these things more focus. Continuously cutting the funding on the arts is only going to be detrimental to the growth of kids in K-12, considering music education and the arts can help with concentration, stress relief, language (written music in effect being its own language), as well as several other aspects. In the end, it is similar to the effects of sports, but is something that kids can do their entire lives, as opposed to the few who will go pro in sports.
