We ask the President to promote and fund a bold Manhattan Project style program to understand the science of Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR) and bring products to the point of commercialization to realize the fantastic potential benefits to the country and the world.
The Chief Scientist at Langley has stated: LENR has “… truly massive to mind-boggling benefits – solutions to climate, energy, and the limitations that restrict the NASA Mission areas, all of them.” The Japanese have also studied the technology for reducing the toxicity of current radioactive wastes.
Low Energy Nuclear Reaction is a previously unknown form of nuclear energy production that emits no dangerous radiation nor lethal byproducts. However, the science behind the LENR is not yet fully understood.
