Such that a law enforcement officer shall be present whenever students are attending class or extracurricular activities on school ground or sponsored by school administration.
In addition, federal funding for education shall be tied to a security certification. Such certification shall be created and administered by an organization such as, FBI, Secret Service, or similar qualified security department.
