Drug Cartels have a trickledown effect which influences gangs and the members within.
Social economic deficient areas with failed education systems are the root cause, however we believe that prevention programs and organizations such as Homeboy Industries are the answer to such problem.
Therefore, in order to stop gangs and ultimately the cartels, we ask that the U.S government get involved by funding programs that prevent youth from joining gangs and rehabilitate ex-members into productive individuals.
