Viktor Frankl suggested we build a statue of responsibility on the west coast to remind us that responsibility is freedom's counterweight. Our Congress and our corporations need to be reminded of this. All Americans, in their daily lives, need to be reminded of this. I ask Congress to fund this public works project.
