Fund a project in order to retrieve the Hubble Space Telescope from space at the end of its operational lifetime

At the end of its operational lifetime, the Hubble will descend into the Earth's atmosphere and disintegrate. According to the Hubble's website (hubblesite.org), "Though NASA originally hoped to bring Hubble back to Earth for museum display, the telescope's prolonged lifespan has placed it beyond the date for the retirement of the space shuttle program. Hubble was designed specifically to function with the space shuttle, so the replacement vehicle will likely not be able to return it to the ground." I would like to petition the administration to fund a project to create a vehicle to return the Hubble to earth to be put on display in a museum. This is an artifact to be preserved for future generations as a testament to our ingenuity, and it would be a shame to let it go to waste.
