Defeat (Government, Corporate, & Individual) Crime, Terrorism, & Violence simultaneously enhancing National Security by fully funding FREE court assisted complaint filings for ANY HUMAN, to provide an alternative to treason or any other violent behaviour (mass shootings in particular). Loosing party can pay both party's court cost. ONLY then can Government claim to have taken all precautions necessary to protect the public from a rise in responses to domestic and international corruption. As we all know, happy people don't turn violent. "Justice for ALL" is one measure to ensure "Life, Liberty, & Pursuit of Happiness".
