We, the people, call on Congress to create a fund to support research by the Centers for Disease Control into the epidemic of gun violence in our country and recommend steps to decreasing this needless violence. This fund will be established in the names of gun violence victims and Congress will provide at least one million dollars for each victim of gun violence.
