Fund a serious study to investigate link between violence in video games and mass shootings.

The latest developments in Sandy Hook Elementary are extremely concerning. Many see the revocation of the 2nd amendment and the ban on certain weaponry available to the public as the only logical reaction. The purpose of this proposal is to offer a parallel measure. The goal of this proposal is to determine the psychological effect on violent video games has on children, teenagers and the effect that it had on the perpetrators of the mass shootings. Also to propose to Congress a bill that would regulate violence in video games, and penalize the sale and distribution of video games to those underage.Furthermore if a nexus is established to take exemplary action to prevent negative influences from destroying lives and shedding blood.
