AIDS is a worldwide problem, and the solution to it can be found in the past.
15 years ago there was an "abandoned" patent for the cure to AIDS with the use of tetrasilver tetroxide. The patent number is 5,676,977.
Review of the US Special Virus program, including the 1971 flowchart describing the process of proliferation of a disease, would also help in the search for the cure.
According to the National Academy of Sciences, HIV has evolved from the sheep visna virus and shows great similarity to it, which could also be an important factor.
We request to know why there is no testing or research being done on the patent and the visna virus in its similarity to HIV, and why there has been no review of the extremely important Special Virus Program preceding AIDS.
