The Romanian Masters in Mathematics (RMM) is an excellent math olympiad held every year in Bucharest, Romania. Unfortunately, the 2014 contest was cancelled due to bad organization in Romania and a lack of funding. It is in the interest of the United States of America to see RMM be held, since we use it for determining our team in the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO), the major high school math competition in the world. Therefore, the United States government should help to fund or organize RMM 2014 this year, or it should instead host a United States Masters in Mathematics (USMM).
With your help, President Obama, we can continue to have excellent math competitions in this country.
