The U.S. Army has cut funding for the Theater Entertainment Program. We need Americans to sign the petition to protect this cultural heritage. The U.S. Army Theater Entertainment Program is the largest Off-Broadway producer of theater in the world. The U.S. Army Theater Entertainment Program has been actively teaching skills such as speech, goal achievement, leadership, teamwork, hard work ethic, critical thinking, timeliness, discipline, personal development, and American values. For over 60 years, the U.S. Army Theater Entertainment program has been offering a “home away from home,” to U.S. Soldiers, civilians, and their families. Volunteers have spent 300,000 hours offering this type of emotional support to the troops, civilians, and their families. Please fund the U.S. Army Theater!
