There is still a backlog of more than 900,000 unprocessed medical claims for veterans and their families.
Shouldn't we have at least a similar amount of urgency in taking care of our veterans, as the urgency present when they were sent to fight for our country?

Do we want to give our veterans asking for help, the health care that shows a decent level respect for our Veterans service?
The most effective alternative to our current "system", in terms of both fiscal and moral responsibility, would be to use part of our massive military spending budget we currently have, and relocate a small fraction of this budget to the Veterans Administration to deliver the highest quality care as fast as humanly possible to our Veterans.
