Fundamentally Transform the IRS.

The IRS is an "assault weapon" and should transformed.
Since abolishing the IRS would mean the loss of too many jobs, replace the tax code with a flat/fair tax, take them out of the tax business and Obamacare business and change their designation from the Internal Revenue Service to the Immigration Registration Service. (Still IRS). Take their talent and tenacity for tracking people down and use them to find undocumented aliens. Give them a salary and then a bonus for every undocumented alien they find, register, and put on the back of the line in a path toward legal citizenship. If they find an alien connected to a terrorist organization, they get a double bonus. We save jobs, get rid the IRS political power, clean up the immigration mess and make our nation safer all at the same time.
