Each state government will be given $1 million as an available start up grant fund made available to aspiring entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs can apply for a max of $10,000. Funds will be monitored with the assistance of small business development organizations who will set criteria for those entrepreneurs wishing to apply.
Fund amounts will be given based on actual need demeed by rewiewed financial projections, business plan, credit reports and tax returns.
