Funding for schools in the US

Created by M.N. on February 25, 2013

The White House claims they are trying everything they can in education but they need to do better. In wealthy school districts the teachers are getting older. They are teaching things that there are no jobs for. In poor school districts, kids are dropping out before graduating high school. The US is in an education crisis scoring 14th in reading, 17th in science, and a shocking 25th in math! We have to get back to being a dominant country, in terms of education, in the world. There will be more jobs and there will be less violence if people are educated. We can start this by increasing the pressure on our government. I am counting on President Obama to get something passed for more funds in the education sector.
