Its common knowledge that reform is the goal while incarcerated in a state or federal facelity.America has an over abondance of felons with families, or they have a child[or]childern to suport.Its also a well known fact that our state or federal gov.has become finanially responsable for these deserving childern.If this epademic is to ever end we must move in a direction that could not only creat hope for these American families,but could aid our country in its own reform. Exceptance of this petition could open many doors for those of us who have payed our debt to America and refuse to ever see our childern dought our Goverment. This funding could bring many families out of poverty and allow those that qualify to become productive citizens and leaders in there comunities.
