Further defend our second amendment rights, with emphasis on the definition of 'infringe'.

Created by G.M. on July 24, 2015

Mr. President and people of the United States of America, I create this petition tonight with deep concern for the integrity of the constitution of this great country, as well as our rights as U.S citizens. I have noticed a rather unnerving trend with gun-control legislation and ordnance's. These laws have been more and more restrictive on our second amendment rights, and it seems that it is almost a daily occurrence that these laws are sadly getting more and more tight and restrictive in nature. The second amendment states that the right of the people to keep and bear arms 'shall not be infringed'. Now if we clearly define the word 'infringe' we will realize that gun-control laws are not constitutional. We must take a serious look at the constitutionality of gun-control.
