It is well known that the United States has a vicious rape culture, and rape victims are often not taken seriously. Out of 100 rapists, 97 will walk free. We want legislators to make it so more rape cases are investigated, and police force are not allowed to instantly rule out a rape case because they don't think the victim sounds believable.
