further reform political campaigning regulations by creating a "Fair and Honest Campaign Act"

I would like to start a petition. It's called "The Fair and Honest Campaign Act". It goes something like this: Candidates are not allowed to reference their competitors through advertising in any way. It's that simple, and that vague on purpose. Rather than pointing out the flaws in your competing politicians, the public wants to hear how you're going to build up the nation. Not how you're going to tear down the competition. Enough with partisan politics that have absolutely nothing to do with the issues and possible solutions!
