We the people petition the government to create programs of research into chicken wine and sausage dogs. We need to increase the tastiness of chicken wine (but not sausage dogs), while maintaining a low price. We also need to understand how a dog can become so sausage-like and to be full of "meat, and potatoes and gravy".
