Fusion Energy and The Funding it needs to become the clean, cheap and unlimited future that it can with the help of ITER

At this crucial time in our lives we are faced with many questions. One of the most undoubtedly important questions is "How do we choose a clean energy that will sustain the human race with no repercussions?". I believe, as do countless others, that I have the solution to this problem. However, it would be best to state at this moment it will not be a cheap solution. In fact that brings me to what I am asking here today, I am requesting that either President Obama or President-elect Trump allocates 1% of the total annual budget of the United States or roughly 15 Billion dollars to the ITER project being taken place in France. This money will be used to speed up and increase the ability of the Scientists to create a sustainable Fusion reaction that will result unlimited energy for billions.
