I propose that your administration provide a college education to every US citizen free of charge by creating an online University that all citizens can go to and pursue a basic degree. This would be a perfect way to provide a quality education to all of our citizens especially those that have served in either the public or military service. Construction and servicing the site could be provided by students and faculty of institutions that receive government funding and provide Master’s and doctorate degrees.
Computer Science Students and faculty could construct the infrastructure and provide support for the site. This would be a great instructional tool and internship opportunity for graduate students. Imagine every American citizen having the opportunity to receive a college education.
