Gain control of the national deficit by reducing government spending.

Created by K.C. on January 13, 2013

The Obama administration has made their recent arguments on taxation as a way to gain control or to reduce the national deficit.

The national deficit cannot reasonably be controlled or reduced by the implementation of higher taxes with the current amount of government spending. The national deficit has been created by out of control government spending.

The deficit can only be controlled and reduced by decreasing government spending and building a bigger economy. I petition that the Obama administration makes this the focal point to fixing the national deficit, instead of crying about more corporate and top 1% taxes that will not make an impressionable difference.
