America's world image has been stained- stained by a lack of a third live-action Mortal Kombat film. When one makes a sequel, one is then promising a final instalment to complete the trilogy but America has so far, failed to complete that promise. A third instalment would not only boost morale and bring in jobs and income but it would also allow for expert martial arts training through the format of visual media.
America's film industry will have no future after Ben Affleck's Batman if a Mortal Kombat 3 is not prepared as damage control. The arguments surrounding violent videogames and real-life violence continue to rage on and we could all use a break by watching some more Mortal Kombat. The franchise also promotes hand-to-hand combat and thus would surely reduce gun crime significantly.
