It is hard to say that in front of my dormitory, there was a trash bin. Students in this floor always drop their garbage there. All the mates in my dormitory could not bear it. After complain, it was sovled, and it is forbiden of trash there. However, several days before, we found that there were still some guys doing so. Jesus, completely made me sick. But we still not find them.
I think Federal XX(in order of not being forbiden) is good at chasing criminals, and it must be easy for them to make a investigation. Please, HELP!
