Gay Rights Should Be Legal.

Equal rights is something that is already supposedly guarenteed in the United States. So why is it that the government is creating loopholes so that some people don't have equal rights? This applies mostly to homosexuals. It should be perfectly legal for homosexuals to get married and also adopt children. Some people may say that they are "unfit" to be parents but this is completely false. Whether someone is gay or straight they should still be allowed to have children and get married. With allowing gay rights, many more children who have no families can be placed in a caring home. Churches should be able to refuse to marry a couple if they don't believe in it but it should still be allowed. Give homosexuals the rights they deserve.
