I would like to see General Petraeus installed back into the leadership of the C.I.A it would be nice for a "boots" on the Ground General to be in charge of what is a military arm instead of a Lawyer. If the C.I.A has control over drone strikes I would like a driver of "Mission Result" over a driver of "Whats allowed".
