Genetically Breed polar bears and penguins so we can weaponize them and use them for border defence

This would allow the US borders to be secure without to risk of losing lives of our fellow citizen. Also, WHO WOULDN'T RUN AWAY FROM A POLAR BEAR THAT HAS GUNS!!!
