Create a bill that distributes handguns and assault weapons based on the local population. Less population the more powerful weapons can be. Highly populated like big cities and urban areas should only be allowed semiautomatic handguns and revolvers (caliber size could be left up to the state). The lower populated areas like small towns and countrysides should be allowed automatic/semiautomatic rifles. Include the creation of gun free zones around schools and federal buildings.
