German chancellor Angella Merkel helped refugees and the Arabic countries didn't do it ,isn't she the women of the year?

All people around the world nowadays are busy with refugees news and many of them dead in the Mediterranean Sea, people from Iraq and Syria Espace from their countries and they don't want to go to Arabic countries because they are sure they will not welcome them their,and they are sure Europe and Usa better than the Arabic countries for the refugees,as I am a Kurdish from kurdistan I want people to vote for my petitions that the German Chansellor Angela Merkel should be the woman of the year in the world because she orderdd all European countries to open their borders for the refugees and help them and I hope that all people agree with me and vote for my petitions and may be she will win the noble for the woman of the year, with my best regards
