The Mission of finding and eliminating Osama Bin Laden is accomplished. Total cost of the war in Iraq and Afghanistan is now well over TWO TRILLION DOLLARS and growing every day. We should be spending this money, if at all, in our own country to re-build our own schools and roads. It is not the duty of our military to defend other nations or to support foreign nations. Their duty is to defend this country.
The Obama administration has set timelines of 2015 and beyond to have all our troops return home. This would be a cost even more burdensome to the American people. Bring the troops home now and support any further mission of suppression of the Taliban through the use of drones. No more American blood and treasure should be wasted.
