I propose that the Obama administration create a program, which at it's core, simply asks Americans, to invest in Americans, and if you are the proprietor of a small business, you hire at least 1 person who is currently unemployed.
Just 1 person.
If every small business in America were to hire 1
person, then we could put millions of people back to work, which would put more money in the economy, and grow businesses where there needs to be growth; the middle class, not the corporate level.
This program would require no expenditure from the government above and beyond getting the word out.
