I cannot believe that people who think that the Earth is younger than 4.5 billion years old, who don't understand basic evolutionary theory and know zero on basic science fact and its methodology belong to the "Science" committee of The House. It's the same as a carpenter or a plumber trying to do rocket science or any kind of surgery!
I would like to read the answers of a basic science standardized tests in basic science of all of the members in all Science-related committees in the House and the Congress!
Otherwise, I would like read at least the syllabus of any introduction to science course taken just before taking the job!
