Get the banks and financial institutions in this country to switch to "Chip & Pin" technology for their credit cards.

I would like to see the federal government get behind an initiative to get the banks to come up with a better credit card system like the "Chip and Pin" technology used in every other country in the world so that we can try and avoid the mess like Target.
