Get banks to reduce the credit requirements for micro business in order to give out business loans

Since 2008, banks have raised the credit requirements for micro and small business loans. As a result, micro and small business have extremem difficulty in obtaining cash flow or operating or investment loans as they are too small or lack sufficient credit ratings. This petition is to get banks to have minimum or special credit requirements for micro and small business loans in order to boost the economy and job growth from these micro and small businesses.
