The purpose of this petition is to simply get better drug rehabilitation programs in prisons in every state to prevent recidivism.
Petition Background: My sisters best friend Tiana who lives in Massachusetts is very upset to see what it has become. Everywhere she goes she's seeing people find needles on the ground and then using them for drug purposes. Her and I do not think it is healthy for ANYONE to have to live with these types of conditions.
