Get citizens the insurance coverage they pay for. Overhaul the claim denial process to make it fair for all.

Created by C.L. on February 13, 2014

Reduce consumer fraud and insurance company abuses by standardizing claim criteria, where possible, and requiring independent administrative panel review before a claim can be denied.
- Disability and health: Set and update national standards for the most frequently-contested claims, such as Fibromyalgia, so that all parties know what constitutes clear proof before a claim is filed.
- Auto: Only allow auto insurers to assign a point to a driver for an accident if they are 50.1% at fault or more; a 50-50 split results in no points for anyone.
- Require Homeowner's insurance to be an "all hazards" product, so that no insured homeowner is left with an unexpected uncovered loss.
Discourage fraudulent consumer claims with stiffer civil and criminal penalties.
