National Guard members and Reservists – play a crucial role in both supporting overseas operations as well as stateside disaster response operations and this bill is the least Congress can do to provide enormous benefit to our great Country Guardsmen, Reservist and their families without costing the federal government a penny. It’s win-win and bipartisan piece of legislation that should be passed and signed into law.
