For practical purposes, the Tea Party Caucus was formed as a congressional caucus of the United States House of Representatives and Senate launched on July 16, 2010. Since then they have obstructed numerous proposed bills and laws that would have benefited a large percentage of the U.S. population.
Their destructive methods have created chaos in the normal flow of government that can result in a catastrophic effect on the country. They often hide behind existing laws and the U.S. Constitution pointing out their freedom of expression rights. Their actions are often similar to those of persons who would yell "Fire", in a crowded movie theater. It should be deemed unlawful for an individual or a group of individuals to make a deliberate attempt to overthrow the functioning government.
