GET A COPY OF BRITISH DIPLOMAT SIR WILLIAM RESTUCCI ANGUELO PASSPORT AND PUT HIM ON A PLANE TO ENGLAND UK

This is a Petition by Diplomat Sir William Restucci Anguelo who was Knighted in England in the early 1990's and who swore an oath to England and the Queen of England in the early 1990's. My legal residence is in North Wales UK called Arthog Hall. And I petition because I have almost exhausted my remedies in the United States. I state the I have important government Business with the Queen of England. I state that I have never been dismissed of my duties of diplomat by the Queen and I was thrown in prison for 19to20 years with my status as a diplomat with diplomatic immunity and that I never waive any of my international or diplomatic rights. Foriegn policy dictates that a diplomat on important government business is not supposed to be detained. It also is my basic human right to go home .
