to get a cost of living raise ,we are in a nursing home we get $30 a month a $1.00 a day. the Residents at river view.

I’m a resident at river view rehab center elgin. we receive $30 a month out of our ssi checks A $1.00 A day.
although our ssi checks gets a cost of living raise we as residents in a nursing home don't see it within the $30 we get per month.
Sence we got the $30 in 1996 to 2016 OR 1943 whats it been 15 or 20 years we get A $1.00 a day is hard to buy any thing NOW .Hope you can make a bill for us.
