We the people ask the federal government to Tell us what the federal government is doing about an issue:

Get the DEA to reconsider marijuana laws.

Created by H.C. on August 26, 2016

The DEA has recently stated that marijuana will remain as illegal as other dangerous drugs (like heroin). Marijuana has been proven time and time again to be a safe and natural substance. With these strict marijuana laws, already 70 to 75% of us living in the country are automatically criminals. Pharmaceutical drugs and alcohol are dangerous, man made substances that still have the freedom to be on the shelves for the same reason that marijuana is not. If marijuana is decriminalized and the laws are regulated, our citizens will be happier and our crime rates will be lower. We should have a basic human right to the world around us and marijuana grows within that world. Please sign so the DEA will reconsider the strict laws and decriminalize marijuana so we can live in peace.
