to get them to start prosecuting law enforcement when they brake the law!
When have seen a number of brutal killings by police in the media. With no charges by DOJ when justified. When we all know that if a common citizen who isn't a member of law enforcement, commits murder or brakes a law in the same matter. The DOJ would file charges and prosecute to the fullest matter of the law!
This is not true when it comes to local and Federal Law Enforcement!
