Get the Economy Going Without Congressional Inaction

That the President of the United States use all Constitutional means at his disposal, including Executive Orders, political leverage and Presidential Pulpit to make the changes Congress is unwilling or unable to make, in order to create jobs, jump start the economy and remove red tape. That he should tour our nation to inform and enlist the support of the American people on this most urgent and vital undertaking.
