Get the employees of the FMCSA, to become experienced on the topics of transportation

With this petition, we truckers of the country prefer the FMCSA employees including the director, pass the written and driving portion of the cdl test, also must gain a minimum of 1 year over the road driving experience, solo.
This in turn will give experience to these employees to make regulations and laws.
Failure to do so by the employees, including the director, their professional licenses shall be revoked for failure to comply.
We feel regulations have been proposed with out professional knowledge of the industry. Reading books does not qualify one as experienced. These regulations with out the complete knowledge have been proposed out side of Federal law.
